Black Haus Capital manages algorithmic trading accounts powered by HYPERtronics — a proprietary Expert Advisor executing across Forex, Indices, and Metals on MetaTrader 5. Clients retain full custody of their capital via LPOA. We charge 0% management fee and 40% performance fee on net new profits.
We are building a network of Capital Partners who can identify, qualify, and introduce high-net-worth individuals and institutions to the platform. You do not manage money. You do not make promises. You introduce qualified capital and earn on performance — indefinitely.
Three Ways to Partner
Each role serves a different function in the capital formation pipeline. Compensation scales with responsibility and involvement.
Affiliate
Referral-based introductions. You identify a potential investor, make the introduction, and we handle everything from qualification through onboarding. Lowest barrier to entry, passive income on every dollar that deploys from your introduction.
Influencer
Audience-based capital formation. You have an existing platform, network, or community with access to qualified investors. We provide compliant content, talking points, and tracking infrastructure. You drive awareness — we close and manage the relationship.
Business Development Officer
Active capital formation. You qualify prospects, present the platform, and advance investors through the pipeline. BDOs receive the highest compensation tier and work directly with the CRO on deal flow, international trade missions, and institutional targets.
Revenue Waterfall
Every dollar of performance fee generated flows through a transparent waterfall. Partners earn for as long as their introduced capital remains deployed.

Performance fee: 40% of net new profits. Crystallized quarterly. High watermark applies. Partners earn their share every quarter the account generates profits — not a one-time referral fee.
The Math
A BDO introduces a $100K Tier 1 client. The account generates a hypothetical 40% annual return. Here is how the compensation flows.
Scale: A BDO who introduces ten $100K accounts at the same performance level earns approximately $32,000 annually — recurring every quarter the accounts remain profitable. Larger accounts and higher returns increase earnings proportionally.

What You Do

The Process

Apply
Submit your application through our partnership form. Tell us about your network, your experience, and the type of investors you can reach. We review every application personally.
Interview & Onboarding
Qualified applicants receive a face-to-face interview with our CRO. We assess fit, assign your partner tier, and provide access to approved materials, compliance guidelines, and the partner portal.
Introduce Capital
Begin identifying and qualifying investors in your network. Make warm introductions to the BHC team. We handle discovery calls, due diligence, and onboarding from there.
Capital Deploys
Once your introduced investor completes onboarding and their account goes live on the HYPERtronics platform, your compensation clock starts. You earn on every profitable quarter.
Quarterly Income
Performance fees are crystallized quarterly. Your share is calculated and paid every quarter the account generates net new profits above the high watermark. Recurring. Compounding. Indefinite.
